Welcome to the Online Support pages. From here you can report a computer related problem or a request for assistance to the ICT Support team. Your message will be sent to all team members ensuring it is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

All requests including password resets, email issues, deleted work, help with AV equipment and software installs should be logged on this system.

You will be generated a unique ticket number. You can use this number to check the status of your job at any time, and add any additional comments to help us solve your problem. You can also look up all your open and closed jobs by email address.

You will get an email confirming that your job has been logged, and email notifications when the ticket is updated.

If you are adding updates to an existing job then please look up the job by either ticket number or email address and add the update there. Please do not submit a new request.
