Password Reset Proceedure
If you have forgotten your password you can request that it is reset:
Students - All members of staff have the ability to reset student passwords, if they are not able to do this they should log a Support Request on your behalf and we can send them a new password for you.
Alternatively from home, one of your parents can email email@example.com from an email address they have registered with the school, and we can send them an updated password.
Staff - Please log a Support Request in the usual way, and a member of ICT Support will contact you to reset your password over the phone
